우선 웰컴 키트를 기다리고 계시는 모든 퍼플오션 코리아 회원님들께 사과의 말씀드립니다.
퍼플오션 코리아는 가능한 모든 수단을 동원하여 최대한 정확하게 웰컴 키트를 발송 드리고자 최선을 다하고 있으나,
코로나19로 항공 및 선적을 통한 물류 이동이 원활 하지 못해, 웰컴 키트의 입고가 부득이하게 지연되고 있습니다.
웰컴 키트를 기다려 주셨을 많은 회원님들께 불편을 드려 다시 한번 진심으로 사과드립니다.
웰컴 키트는 5월 9일 월요일부터 순차적으로 발송이 시작될 예정이며, 회원님들께 문제없이 배송될 수 있도록 하겠습니다.
설렘으로 웰컴 키트를 기다려 주셨을 회원님들께 실망을 드려 대단히 죄송합니다.
앞으로는 회원님들의 불편을 최소화할 수 있도록 항상 노력하는 퍼플오션 코리아가 되겠습니다.

Dear members of Purple Ocean Korea,
Firstly, on behalf of all employees at Purple Ocean Korea, we would like to apologize to all members who are still waiting for their Welcome Kit.
Although Purple Ocean Korea is doing all in our power to deliver the Welcome Kit as quickly as possible,
due to the air and sea logistics issues arising from COVID-19, the delivery of the Welcome Kits is being delayed.
Once again, we offer our sincerest apologies for any inconveniences caused to the many members still awaiting their Welcome Kit.
Sequential shipment of the Welcome Kits is scheduled to commence on May 9th, and we will do all we can to ensure the timely and safe delivery to our members.
We sincerely apologize for the disappointment we caused our members who were looking forward to receiving their Welcome Kit.
All of us at Purple Ocean Korea will continue our efforts to minimize inconvenience and provide the perfect service to all our members.
