▶ The components of the Welcome Kit



 

Before sending the welcome kit, there will be the chance for revise of delivery destination information,

so if you wish to modify the delivery destination information, please check the information below.

 

▶ About delivery destination information

- Adjusting period of the delivery location information: Until 2023.01.05(Thurs) 23:59 PM (KST)

- How to change the delivery location information:

Please send your adjusted address to ‘Customer Service – FAQ – Contact TICKET’ Or My PAGE – MY Ticket - Leave an Inquiry Ticket’

※ The Welcome Kit will be sent based on the the shipping address registered in the reservation details of the fanclub recruitment product on INTERPARK GLOBAL.

※ If you change the shipping address on the INTERPARK GLOBAL's Edit My Information, the shipping address of the Welcome Kit does not change, and PURPLEOCEAN KOREA does not bear any responsibility for any problems such as wrong delivery.

※ Applications for changes other than the revision period are not allowed in any case.

 

▶ Delivery date

- It will be started to be shipped sequentially from the last week of January 2023.

※ Please understand that the delivery schedule may be partially delayed due to the circumstances of the courier and manufacturer, and the relevant notice will be uploaded when the schedule is changed.

▶ Delivery service

- After delivery service started, contact INTERPARK GLOBAL Customer Center.
