급작스러운 폭설과 한파로 인해 구성품 중 일부 품목 자재의 운송이 지연되고 있습니다.
이로 인해, 웰컴 키트 발송 일정이 변경되었음을 안내 드립니다.
앞서 웰컴 키트 구성품 및 배송 안내 공지를 통해, 제작 업체 사정에 의해 발송 일정이 일부 지연될 수 있음을 고지하였으나,
웰컴 키트를 손꼽아 기다려 주셨을 회원님께 불편을 끼친 점, 진심으로 사과 드립니다.
변경된 웰컴 키트 발송 일정은 아래 내용을 참고 부탁드리며,
빠른 시일 내에 모든 회원님께 문제없이 발송될 수 있도록 최선을 다하겠습니다.

- (기존) 2023년 1월 마지막 주부터 순차 발송
- (변경) 2023년 2월 10일 (금) 부터 순차 발송

First of all, thank you for joining the 2023 [PURPLEOCEAN KOREA].
Due to heavy snow from the sudden change of the weather, the delivery of some materials for Welcome Kit is being delayed.
For this reason, we would like to inform you that the Welcome Kit shipping schedule has changed.
Through the past notice, we’ve notified that the delivery schedule may be partially delayed due to the circumstances of the manufacturer.
Even so, we deeply apologize for the change of shipping schedule.
Please refer to the following schedule, and we will do our best to ship the Welcome Kit as soon as possible.
▶ Estimated Delivery Date
- (Previous) Items will be shipped sequentially, staring from the last week of January 2023.
- (Rescheduled) Items will be shipped sequentially, starting from February 10, 2023 (Friday).
